Robinson is also the Founding Pastor of People of the Way Ministries, an online faith community rooted in liberation theology, womanist thought, and radical inclusion. Through preaching, teaching, Bible studies, and spiritual formation resources, she creates sacred space for those seeking a deeper, more expansive understanding of faith, justice, and beloved community.

Robinson’s leadership is grounded in a lifelong commitment to closing racial wealth and opportunity gaps through storytelling, institution-building, and economic equity. Her cross-sector experience spans grant writing, curriculum design, publishing, conflict resolution, and screen development, positioning her as a rare bridge between creative vision and operational execution.
